Lactose Free Tropical Bircher Muesli
- 100g natural muesli
- 60g wheat flakes
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 3 x 200g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Apricot Yoghurt
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
- pulp of 2 passionfruit
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
Serve with a splash of Liddells Lactose Free Long Life Milk if desired. This Bircher Muesli is also delicious made with Liddells Lactose Free Wild Berry Yoghurt and served with fresh mixed berries.
Method
Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yoghurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Divide muesli into four serving bowls, top evenly with remaining yoghurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds.
