Chocolate dip
- 500g milk or dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 300g cream
- strawberries, banana, mandarin segments and sliced pear, to serve

Method
Place chocolate in a large bowl. Bring cream to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat, then pour it over chocolate pieces. Rest for a few minutes, then stir until mixture is smooth. Serve chocolate with fruit to dip.
