Rosso cocktail
“If you're planning to throw a drinks party, you'll need nibbles too, and those from your own kitchen will add a stylish touch.”
- 5 limes
- 1 1/2 cups Campari
- 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
- 3 x 750 bottles chilled rose
A festive season cocktail.
Method
Juice 2 of the limes. Cut the remaining limes into thin wedges and set aside. Pour the lime juice into a jug and add the Campari and grenadine syrup. Leave for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve mix with the chilled wine. Serve in chilled glasses with a lime wedge. A spoonful of crushed ice is also a good idea.
Makes about 14 x 200ml drinks.
