These Basque tapas are named for a passionate beauty played by Rita Hayworth. The slender green pickled chillies in the recipe are not especially hot. They are available in Spanish and Portuguese foodstores.
Method
On a cocktail skewer place an olive, then a folded anchovy fillet, a chilli and another olive.
