What is a feed?

A feed lets you subscribe to the content in a website (in this case recipes) so you don't have to come to the site to see whether there is any new content. You can receive feeds from many different websites and read them all in the same place. This place is an application called a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed reader. You can either download one and install it on your computer, or use a web-based feed reader. Many browsers also have support for feeds already integrated into them.

How do I access or subscribe to a feed?

Click on a feed link wherever you see this icon . There are a number of ways to add the feed to your reader. For browser-based readers, just clicking a browser button will add the feed. For web-based readers, you may be able to click and drag the icon or URL. Or you can cut and paste the feed URL into your reader. Top ^

Using recipe feeds on your site.

We're happy for you to use our feeds on your website or blog but please don't hit us more than once an hour. If you're running a blog, check your blogging application for instructions on how to integrate a feed. Top ^
